Today was the moment of truth: the first full playtest.


I set up the board, placed the pieces, and played through an entire match. And for the first time, Kratos didn’t feel like a school project or a prototype. It felt like a complete game.


The mechanics worked. The abilities made sense. The strategy was deep. And most importantly, it was fun!


All the frustration, the redesigns, the failed prints, the late nights… it all paid off. Watching the game come alive on the board was one of the most rewarding moments of the entire process.
